Which One Of These Best Describes Where You Currently Are?

I am currently very lean and have low levels of body fat. I want to build more muscle to look great

I have good muscle size already and I need to drop some body fat for it to really show.

I am currently skinny-fat. I need more muscle, but I have some fat that I want to get rid of, too.

I'm not sure because I have a lot of body fat. I want to get leaner and improve my physique.
